Our Approach
In order to increase brand awareness as well promoting its latest product launches and range of activities in Indonesia, LIXIL appointed ID COMM to execute a number of public relations and communication strategy activities, namely holding press conferences, press release development and dissemination, an exclusive interview, media partnership, and press conferences. The press releases covered events such as the product launch of DuoSTiX toilet spray on July 2022, the LIXIL Day of Architecture and Design event in Hotel Mulia, Jakarta on July 2022, and the launch of Toilet Untuk Negeri (Toilets for the Nation), a series of LIXIL high-quality public restrooms available in Berawa, Bali and Solo on September 2022, and January 2023 respectively.
The Result
From July 2022 to January 2023, a total of 144 news articles were generated from 7 PR activities that were carried out, with an audience reach of 2.730.138 and a PR value of Rp 84.400.727.783. Furthermore, 7 social media contents were published from the DuoSTiX Media Partnership with Kumparan on Instagram during the July-August period, which managed to attract 1.556.649 audience reach and 2.525.462 impressions.
