Nowadays, the group of young people known as Generation Z (Gen Z) holds a significant presence among university students and is projected to become the next generation of professionals who will shape the future of the public relations (PR) industry. However, this generation is frequently referred to as the ‘Strawberry Generations’ because of their tendency for prevalent complaints, anxiety, and low resilience. Given the current situation, IDCOMM held Sharing Sessions – SSIDCOMM, which provided an in-depth analysis of the potential of Gen Z in encouraging job creation and career advancement in the PR industry.
