In terms of market segmentation, BNPL is predominantly used by millennials and Gen Z, accounting for 85% of users. BNPL also offers an easily accessible financial experience for users, serving as an alternative to conventional credit cards.

In the 2024 fiscal year, the company successfully achieved the normalization of its supervisory status from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the financial industry regulator. This demonstrates the company’s serious commitment to conducting business in compliance with applicable regulations.
